A proven executive leader and visionary, she brings over 25 years of experience in designing, developing, communicating and managing global technology solutions. Her work enables companies to better understand and succeed in digital business and HR transformation.
Yvette is an active blogger and international speaker, sharing her insights and market research on key trends, critical issues, leading practices and emerging technologies to enable businesses to better impact results through more effective people processes. She has provided mentoring and guidance to start-ups and early stage technology companies through consulting and board membership, and currently serves as an advisory board member to an HR Technology startup accelerator.
Most recently serving as SVP Strategy at SAP SuccessFactors, incubating innovation and future of work initiatives, Yvette’s career spans decades of work with firms specializing in Human Capital Management. Prior to her engagement with SAP, she held top research analyst roles at Gartner and Constellation Research, Inc., providing HCM research and advisory services to technology vendors and C-level clients representing thousands of organizations globally. Preceding her advisory roles, she served more than 14 years with HR technology vendors including Oracle, PeopleSoft, Saba and JDEdwards, leading product and marketing teams in their strategy and delivery of HCM and social collaboration applications
Yvette also brings an important and unique blend of HR practitioner and software development experience to her research, consulting and advisory work enabling creative insights into transformational people processes and technologies. In addition to extensive software vendor experience, she has over 10 years of experience as an HR practitioner, where she led communication, change management, and translation of business objectives into effective workforce processes and technology strategies.
Yvette holds a BA in Mathematics and Applied Statistics from California State University, Sacramento.
